The American Citizens Services Unit is open on Tuesdays from 1:00-4:00 p.m. and Fridays from 8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. If you require an emergency service, please send an e-mail to ChisinauACS@state.gov.
U.S. citizens experiencing an emergency may seek assistance during the Embassy’s regular business hours (M-F 8:30am-5:00pm, except Moldovan and U.S. federal holidays) by calling or emailing the Consular Section. Consular staff are available by e-mail (ChisinauACS@state.gov) or phone (+373 22 40 8300).
The ACS Unit is not able to answer visa-related inquiries.
